Works well, easy setup

Got the AcalaQuell Mini. It arrived quickly, about 5 days. Setup was simple. Water tastes fresh. No issues.

Decent filter, small shipping issue

I ordered the AcalaQuell Swing, hoping for an improvement over my old pitcher filter. The water taste is definitely better, and I appreciate that it doesn't need power. Setup was straightforward, and the instructions were clear. My one minor gripe was the shipping time; it took about 8 days to get to me in Oregon, which felt a bit slow. I've had faster deliveries from other online stores. However, the product itself seems well-made, and the Keramikfilter looks sturdy. Overall, it's a good filter, but quicker shipping would make it a perfect experience.

Good value for a first-timer

I was looking for a decent water filter and saw Acala. The AcalaQuell One caught my eye. I signed up for the newsletter and got a 5% discount, which made the purchase feel even better. Shipping was free too, which always helps. The whole process was smooth, and the filter was easy to set up. It felt like a solid investment for the price, especially with the discount.

Consistently reliable filters

This was my third time ordering from Acala. I first bought an AcalaQuell Smart and have been coming back for the Ersatzfilter-Kartuschen ever since. This time, I grabbed a bundle deal on the filter sets. It's great to see they still offer those savings. The quality of the filters is consistent, and the water always tastes good. They usually ship pretty quickly, about 4-5 days to reach me in California. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they deliver every time.
